MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING – November 24, 2008 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Classification Hearing: The Board unanimously approved one tax rate amongst the property classes for FY09.
The Board of Selectmen voted to award the RFP to SBA Towers II, LLC with the understanding that they allow the Town to use the Tower and equipment for municipal services free of charge, and to cooperate with and accommodate the Town’s fire, police and/or highway department or any other municipal department that elects to install equipment on or about the Tower, and not to interfere with such equipment.
